If you are thinking of a Massage, i can highly recommend Tommy and his Deep Tissue Sports Massages. I have suffered from Hip pain for the last few years due to running excessive miles weekly for years and not ever properly warming up and stretching out, so much so that i had to stop running and was in discomfort night and day. After describing to Tommy where my pain was originating he was able to work really deep and manipulate the specific muscle groups and release the tightness and pain.
